DELIVERY POLICY
General
We undertake to deliver same day within our delivery network if the order is placed before 1:00pm local time. Deliveries will be made to local residential addresses anytime up to or before 7pm, unless a customer has requested a specific delivery time that has been preapproved and confirmed by us via email. Specific delivery times can be requested by arrangement with the florist - orders@spottedorchid.com.au . Business addresses for same day delivery must be ordered by 12pm insuring that delivery is made by 5pm. Orders for International Deliveries can be made by arrangement with the florist - orders@spottedorchid.com.au .
Areas
All our floral products can be delivered to most Sydney suburbs but we specialize in prompt deliveries within the inner city and local surrounding suburbs. We can also deliver flowers WORLDWIDE via one of our affiliated suppliers. Please call us to discuss your needs.
Weekend Deliveries
Orders for Saturday delivery to metropolitan areas should be placed before 3.30pm. Sunday deliveries are available for our local area only. Orders for delivery to regional areas are generally not able to be delivered on weekends. Please phone us on 0413 023 403 to discuss your weekend delivery requirements. Orders received for weekend delivery that cannot be serviced will be delivered the next available weekday.
No One at Home
If the recipient is not home when your delivery is made, flowers will be left on the doorstep unless we are requested not to do so. For business, school and hospital addresses, Spotted Orchid Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility for delivered items redirected to the mailroom, front desk or reception.
Public Holidays
Our store which is conveniently located in Lane Cove, just opposite the Lane Cove post office is open on Public Holidays. Depending on the location, public holiday deliveries are available. Please phone us on 0413 023 403 to discuss your delivery requirements. Orders received for public holiday delivery that cannot be serviced will be delivered the next available weekday.

What about substitutions?
We try our best to make it look like the picture but flowers aren't always in season. We will try and replicate it as close as possible.
