Terms and Conditions

These are the terms and conditions governing use of Spotted Orchid website and the agreement that operates between Spotted Orchid and you. These Terms set out the rights and obligations of all users (either as individuals or as a group) (“you”/“your”) and those of Spotted Orchid in relation to the services offered by us through the website. By using or registering with the website you are consenting to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Statement. If you do not agree to all of the Terms and the Privacy Statement, do not use this website and leave the website instead. We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time and any changes will be notified to you via the e-mail address provided by you when you placed your order or via a suitable announcement on Spotted Orchid website. The changes will apply to the use of Spotted Orchid from the time stipulated. If you do not wish to accept the new Terms and Conditions you should contact us immediately. If you continue to use Spotted Orchid after the date on which the change(s) comes into effect, your use of Spotted Orchid indicates your agreement to be bound by the new Terms and Conditions


All prices quoted include GST. The information and detail on this website do not constitute an offer for sale but rather an invitation to treat. No contract in respect of the goods/services between Spotted Orchid s Pty. Ltd and you shall exist until your order has been accepted by Spotted Orchid (whether or not funds have been deducted from your credit/debit card). If your offer is refused and funds have already been deducted these will be fully refunded. Having placed an order, you will receive an acknowledgement of the details of the order, but this acknowledgement does not constitute an acceptance by Spotted Orchid of that order. If Spotted Orchid discovers an error in the price of goods/services you have ordered, Spotted Orchid will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming the order at the correct price or cancelling it.

Delivery Times

We cannot guarantee specific delivery times; however, you do have the option of selecting AM or PM delivery. We will do our very best to honour this. Please let us know if someone is leaving work early, or if they won’t be home until late etc. We deliver flowers between the hours of 7am and 7pm. We do not accept responsibility or liability for missed delivery times.

Intellectual Property

All other rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by Spotted Orchid Pty. Ltd. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non commercial use is prohibited without the permission of Spotted Orchid Pty. Ltd. You may not modify, distribute or repost something on this website for any purpose. 

Customer Obligations

Customers must supply us with a valid contact email and two phone numbers (For example a landline and mobile number). Spotted Orchid Pty. Ltd accepts no liability as a result of failure to contact a customer, where the contact details were not supplied, were invalid or incorrect.

It is the obligation of the customer to ensure the recipient’s delivery address is correct. Failure to provide the correct delivery details may result in incorrectly delivered goods, undelivered goods and additional redirect fees.

Spotted Orchid Pty. Ltd accepts no liability for incorrectly delivered or undelivered goods, where the customer made no reasonable attempt to correct the address within a reasonable period of time and/or Spotted Orchid Pty. Ltd acted reasonably when delivering the goods. The customer must ensure recipient details, such as their name and address are correct and also spelt correctly. Spotted Orchid Pty. Ltd accepts no responsibility for any incorrect information, when such information results from a reliance on information provided by the customer. Customers should ensure that their personalised message is written to their satisfaction. We accept no responsibility for incorrect spelling, grammar or formatting.

Alterations and amendments to orders

No cash or credit refunds will be made for alterations or amendments that result in a value less than the original order cost. Alterations and amendments (excluding cancellations) must be requested before 1.00pm (EST Sydney Time), the day before the set delivery date. II. For International orders, alterations and amendments must be requested min. 48 hours before the set delivery date.
